Default TPMS replacement ?

Will these work in our cars if I have the ID codes for the existing sensors and can program the new ones ?

They should work in the Crossfire. But be careful - to program these sensors requires the use of an Autel TPMS tool.

Okay, I bought the TPMS sensors. I programmed them using a MaxiTPMS PAD ($55 at Walmart). The software that comes with it does include our cars. I manually programed in the sensor id's that the tire place read for me. I labeled them by wheel position. So in essence I have cloned them. The car shouldn't be able to tell the difference. I won't know for sure until I actually install them.

Looks like the new sensors should work when installed in the same tire position. Nice Job!

Keep us informed please. How did you determine that yours were 315MHz?
The Crossfire uses sensors that could be 315 or 433 MHz, so make sure you get sensors that work on your cars frequency.
Some of the new sensors will work on both frequency’s, the Schrader EZ sensor is one of them, our cars use the EZ sensor# 33700, this is the model that comes with the metal stem instead of a rubber stem.

The Autel TPMS Sensors that were bought (I think) were dual frequency (see Amazon Link in Thread starter post). In the video above, a 315 MHz sensor was used because author had a Honda Odyssey.

The Autel MaxiTPMS Pad tool looks to be easy to use & priced very reasonable for cloning the existing wheel sensors.

I wonder if that tool would program the Schrader 33700 Sensor?
Don't know why it wouldn't. Video shows the Autel MaxiTPMS Pad reading an existing wheel sensor & then copying that information to a new Autel MX-sensor. If it can scan an existing wheel sensor, which could be any version, seems to me it could copy that information to any other suitable sensor. My original feedback when maggy55 asked if the Autel MX-dual frequency sensor would work, was it required an Autel TPMS tool. Sounds like someone needs to execute a "test case".

I have an Autel 501 TPMS scanner tool & it reads the Crossfire OEM sensors, which are sourced from Schrader. And my scanner tool has the capability to clone new sensors by inserting them into a slot that exists at the top of the tool. You then select which wheel sensor you want to clone.

I found on another ad that it was good for the OEM and Autel sensors only. True or not true? Who knows.

My understanding is that the Autel MaxiTPMS Pad can read all TPMS's , assuming the battery isn't dead, but can only program Autel ones.

When I said OEM it means it reads all OEM sensors not just the Crossfire ones and programs just Autel sensors.

I think these screens differ depending on which Autel scanner tool you have. On my Autel TS501 scanner, to locate the 2007-2008 models, I had to look under the Crossfire(NAFTA) listing. The Crossfire listing like the one highlighted above, only had model years 2004-2006. Weird that Autel would change the screens on these devices!

Went through the manual on my Autel TS501 scanner. It clearly states within the manual that the tool will only program the Autel MX-Sensors. However, it will read & recover the sensor IDs & data on nearly any brand sensor.
