Alternative license plate bracket

I’ve been searching for a front license plate bracket and found it to be difficult to find one to fit. I found one at skenedesign.com. It attaches under the bumper with two small holes.

I have a hole in the center of my bumper sadly because the girl that had the car ran into Joe Bobs BALL on his truck, I am looking for the European style tag and holder, Bond .. . James Bond sorta tag holder.
