Default Brand new 0-mile Crossfire - need advice

Hello all,

It has been years since I have been on this site, but I need a little advice - I bought a brand new 2005 white crossfire coupe with .3 miles (yes, only 3/10th of a mile) on it back in 2010, and it's been in a storage unit since then. I just pulled it out, unwrapped it from the factory saran wrap, and had all the fluids flushed and everything under the sun done to it that it could possibly need after 10 years in storage and 15 years since it was last started. It's been working like a charm for the last few weeks... Except now, I'm having a clutch issue - after fluid flushing and and cleaning rust out the clutch itself, and driving it about 300 miles, everything was working great, but now when comparing it to my other daily driven xfires I can notice that the clutch pedal fully disengages the engine after being pushed down only about 1/10th of the way down, instead of disengaging in the middle of the throw, which is quite annoying and causes each shift (when under acceleration) to buck the car a little bit. Any thoughts from anyone out there about clutch adjustments etc that I may be able to do to get the pedal engagement in the right zone?

Secondly, a new issue started today, wherein I have trouble shifting and have to really put some pressure on the shift **** to get it into gear. Some grinding noises when it does go in. Pumping the clutch multiple times like an old truck doesn't change anything. Once the car is moving and the syncro's are turning it has no issue. Only issue is when at a standstill. Anyone have any thoughts that might help?

I have owned a myriad of crossfires and still drive a 2004 blue manual one as a daily driver to this day - in fact my first car was a black crossfire I bought back in 2008 when I was in high school. Never had any issues like these, despite dozens of issues and many hundreds of miles thrown down on the asphault behind the wheel of crossfires. Look forward to hearing some advice!

Thanks everyone!
