Default Toque wrench

What do you suggest for an all around use of a toque wrench. There’s so many ranges and models to pick from. The one I have starts out at 120 inch pounds. I have already wanted to toque my breather covers and oil drain plug but mine is to large. Comments, suggestions?

That must be a 1/2” drive wrench, 120 inch pounds is 10 foot pounds. A 3/8” drive wrench goes lower and a 1/4” drive one goes lower still.
For the breather covers you need a 1/4” drive wrench.

If you are talking about the aluminum screws they are torqued at 3.5 to 4.5 ft.lb.
Which is 42 to 54 inch pounds.
