‘Search on eBay Mercedes 74mm throttle body. It’ll bring up used ones but should also have new ones by some of the companies that make them. They can get super pricey brand new just an FYI. VRP carries them iirc. Also Needswings I believe has them. I can’t remember if he said they were going to stop carrying them or not, I think it was just for the SRT6 that they were going to discontinue them. Chime back in on what you find

Many many years ago (in my signature, June 2012) I purchased one off Ebay, never had a problem. With 'used' ones you just need to make sure it not only looks good, but the 'ad' has Ebay's money back guarantee (as the term used denoted it works 100%). Only additional I have, follow the .pdf in the document collection & MAKE SURE the rubber gasket does not slip out of the groove during installation. I used a small amount of petroleum jelly to 'hold' it in place until mounted. If your careful, there will be no leaks from an improper seal of that gasket. There will be (in most cases) a relearning of the ECU when first started but that should go away within a few miles/starts/stops. If rough running still happens, you probably have a slight vacuum leak somewhere. Good luck!
