Default Aston Martin Vantage Hood Louvers

I wonder if these lovers would fit in between the Crossfire's hood strakes?

I can only imagine how much they would cost.

800 bucks to do the real thing...and you would have to repaint the hood...but, what a look louvers would be....

Looks great. Just keep in mind, the bigger hole you cut into our hoods, the weaker it gets. Squirrel Crusher

If you just cut the hood skin,( and not into the underhood framework) there shouldn't be any problems.

I wonder how much turbulence you'd have at high speed.

I think you guys are eaves dropping in on my thoughts. I found these a before I came down to Doc's before the Dragon... Get out of my mind...all of you!!! LOL

I could care less about the turbulence and more about the cooling. Just my 2 cents.

Probably no more turbulence than the Vantage experiences.

Rudy, maybe there are still some of your "Residual Thought Process Ions" floating around my house from when you stayed last year.
Who knows, maybe now I'll figure out a way to install a Viper V10 in my car. (Thanks to you)

I'm still gunning for the SLK 55 vents... time & money, time & money....

But these are AWESOME looking. Perhaps a bit "aggressive" looking for a daily, but on a weekend car/track Crossfire, these would be the bees knees.
