Default Door speakers blew and top tweeter on right side isn't working.

While listening to some Dubstep last year I blew my right door speaker my right top door tweeter I believe it is and my left side door speaker still works but it has damage to it as well...I know I shouldn't have had it almost full blast but it sounded so good at the time. Anywho while looking at another thread I saw that these were recommended

Amazon.com: Used and New: Infinity Reference 6032cf 6.5-Inch 180-Watt High-Performance Two-Way Speakers (Pair) Amazon.com: Used and New: Infinity Reference 6032cf 6.5-Inch 180-Watt High-Performance Two-Way Speakers (Pair)

My questions are simple I guess I have no problem buying the above speakers but can someone confirm that these would be a plug and play drop in and not need other work done to them?

My second questions is what is a good replacement for the tweeters if I am going to go through with getting these speakers above?

Thanks for the help guys!

I've found that using Crutchfield.com is a good way to find different set ups that work for a specific car. They are usually pretty spot on with their determination of if "it fits" or if it will "need some modification". They could probably help with the tweeters as well.

If you insist on listening to "dubstep", make sure you do the "biggest bang for your buck" door speaker mod and, with the right capacitors, it should shield the door speakers from the intense lows that can be delivered from that kind of music and let your subs behind the seat (and your ears) take that punishment.

Good luck!!
