Doors & Trunk - Locks dont work

Doors & Trunk - Locks dont work
Dealer advised that hydraulic unit in trunk area was flooded by leaking rear window. Unit was shorted out and wiring harness corroded. How do I get to the unit and has anyone had simialr issue. Where can I get parts. Dealer wants $1100.00 to replace.
