Unhappy Windshield Washer Pump

Well I thought I had leaky washer tank so I purchased a new one and installed it. I put a gallon of fluid in and tried it. It didn't work. I checked both fuses but they were ok. Any suggestions. I did notice that the windshield washer lite on the dash was not working before I started and was not working when I finished. If I need a new pump where do you suggest I purchase it.

WW light works when the tank is below a certain level to remind you to fill the tank again.

Can you hear the pump operating when you try to use the fluid? If so, it's not your tank or your pump, it's the damn washer jet nozzles are clogged. They are heated and the elements melt the plastic in the base of the connector and prevent fluid from flowing. I took mine off and drilled them out and they are now working. Not perfectly, but they do the job. There is a thread or two on here on how to do this.
