Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
Thought i'd join the forum as I bought myself a Crossfire 2 days ago!
Its a 2006 base model in dark metallic grey.
Used to own a jaguar x type, and decided i needed something more...fun.
Im 25, live in Lincoln UK. currently undergoing my training in engineering with Siemens.
Im so glad i bought a crossfire, I dont think iv had this much fun in a car with my clothes on.
Thats all for now i guess, im sure i'll be browsing the forum for any answers to question i have.
Thanks!

The SRT6, can that come as a manual, or is it only auto transmission?
Re: New member, Lincoln UK
nice, manual would be my choice if there was one, but as there isnt a choice i wouldnt say no.
thats one of the reasons i went for a crossfire, its a hell of a lot of car for the money paid,
iv always liked them with the wide rear flanks, and the fastback shape.
And like you said, the engine, chassis and other parts are MB, so they are solid.
its certainly getting some looks, iv only ever seen one other one in Lincoln before.

Hi & welcome from sunny Scotland (yes, really!)
Would also recommend the SRT6 but it's a bit of an animal and what you have is still waaaay cool - a grey 2006 is probably Machine Grey - great colour and rare.
As you say, hell of a lot of car for the money - enjoy!
