Default Access to rear speakers?

Can anyone point me in the right direction please..... I have to replace the passenger side rear speaker & I have gone through the boot (trunk) forgive me as I am English but I still cant actually get to the speaker having removed the lining & panel. Can the speaker be removed from the front (behind the seat) ?

Yes, its located behind the seat, move it fully forward and it is behind the oval grill. There are a number of posts outlining exactly how to accomplish this. Do a search on speaker replacement, that should get you a number of posts. When you find one your comfy with, just follow it. Have fun!

I didn't realize that you could actually gain acces & remove the speaker from behind the seat.
I know the speaker grill is visible from behind the seats but I didn't think you could replace them this way.

They are inserted like coins in a slot. You'll see.

But how do I remove the plastic grill without damaging it?

All sorted & replacement speakers installed with in an hour.
Once I realized how to gain access, removal was so easy!
Anyone could do this.

Chrysler Crossfire Owners facebook page (Paul) just posted up a complete video on this. A little late for you but might be good reference for others. Plus information on replacing the foam surround on them.
