Default Radiator overflow tank removal question

Has anyone had to replace their's? I can't seem to get the very bottom to come loose. The book shows that it is not attached at the very bottom but there some kind of fastener holding it. Do I just yank on it?... I had it blow the line off today and it's not unusable.

It has a nipple extension the pops into a rubber grommet.
Get a can of WD40 and see if you can use the little tube thingey to get in there and wet 'er down, then it should pop right out !

( Trying to be helpful here guys, please save the jokes )

Thanks! I was able to get it out! I don't know if I stopped the car in time to save the head gaskets. I looked at the gauges and everything was fine then I was at a stop light 10 mins later and noticed my ac was seriously acting up and I happened to glance at the gauges and the temp was pegged all the way at the top of the red so I pulled over into the median and once I got the car into the median the gauge had went back to the normal running temp and I opened the hood and coolant was everywhere.
