Headlight T shaped drain tube

Hi.
Does anyone know where to get the small t-shaped drainage tube for a crossfire headlight. The headlight kit which contains these, Mopar part # 1-0517478AA is discontinued.

The kit you are referring to is to help prevent condensation inside the headlights and has a cap. It is not a replacement for the original drainage tube, as far as I know they didn't sell those separately. You would either have to find one from a salvage yard or make your own.
