Stock Head Unit w/ Amp?

Can I keep my stock crossfire cd player unit if i want to replace my component setup and add a 4.150 amp for it?

Yes. But the stock unit only has speaker level outputs and only 1 (front) set. If you want to add sub control or need to have preouts to hook up to your amp you will have to replace the head unit. It's easy to do.
