Default Rear Speaker Specs Needed Please

I am looking to replace the stock rear speakers (subs). I am aware that they are 6" subs, but can not find the specs (ie. mounting depth, mounting hole diameter etc.).

I would like to find a sub that can replace the stock ones, but have noticed from viewing pictures that this may not be a direct replacement since the subs are not mounted straight to the plastic surround. I would like to know if someone has looked into the sub area and can give me some measurements so I can figure out if it is possible to fit a jl 6w0 into the space. I will make a new surround if it will make things work as my main goal is not to have to have a sub in the rear and useless speakers behind the seats.

I would really appreciate any help.

Thank you,
Jay

No one has easy access to this information? Ben's Audio? I would appreciate any help. Seems I may have to do some exploratory dismantling.

i tried changing them for something else.
but it's very hard finding a speaker that will sound better.
first of all they are dual voice coil.
and when i hooked them up to an amp it would cut out everytime i turn the volume up.
i would guess they are 2O hm per coil.
second of all they are very small and they are mounted to a plastic guide.
they fire towards the back of the car but what you hear is the back wave of the speaker.
i tried replacing them with the 6" woofer from a bazooka tube.
not even close in size.
the back looks more like a 5 1/4" woofer.
my best suggestion is to wire them in series so they are 4 ohm at the amp side.
and hook them up to a better amp.
