Does anyone have any mounting solutions for my Nuvi 350? I was thinking this mount http://www.mountguys.com/ProductDeta...-Nuvi&click=21 for my air vent, but I'm not sure if it'd be the best choice.

I want something that's not on the windshield and kind of near the dash level. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...1996Medium.jpg That's what it currently looks like, and I hate having it on my windshield.


Can anyone give me any recommendations?

 

I mount mine on the glove box door... I like it much better there than sticking it on the windshield or
using mounts that block the heater/ac vents etc.

 

Here's a couple of ways you could mount it. I have the one by the air vent.

I have the ProClip for my Nuvi 360...found nothing else close to quality and functionality.

Thank you... but for $60... didn't you find it a little... steep?

I don't find myself to be a cheap person, but I wasn't really expecting to drop $60 on just a simple mount...

 

Yeah, it is pretty steep, but that's the only mount that I found that looked sturdy enough and not hideous looking.

Before I bought the mount, I used to put it in the lower left part of the windshield.

 

After it falls off of your windshield, or pops off of your dash several times, you will find that $60 is not very steep at all. But it usually takes a good bounce off of your center console, knocking a chunk of paint off with it, for you to appreciate the quality of the proclip. Plus, I hated those little round circles on the glass or the idea of even sticking some disk to the top of my dash that may or may not leave it's mark. But that is why there are several options available to you.
