but i believe they are all the same...
I was told by Becker of North America last year that Chrysler had the CD's encrypted so you could only buy them thru Chrysler. Whether that's true or not - who knows.
I thought I read somewhere that a member burned copies of them and sent them out - and the worked on all the nav units.
I'll look and see if I see that post - I'm sure $5 for some blank dvds would be a hell of a lot cheaper then a couple hundred.

I downloaded the CD images, that are in ISO format. Does anyone have more information on the way to copy these onto the CD. I used a program, that copies the raw data onto the disk, but that did not work.
Perhaps its just the cd label on the image that needs to be provided as well.

Well, I was thinking that if someone who had the CD's had explored them, they could give me more info on the internal structure. I doubt its encrypted. More likely just a specific structure.

Either of these apps will burn useable copies but if you don't do it right then both will just burn the ISO file to the CD, which is apparently what you did.
When I bought my car from the dealer there were no nav cds either. Dealer ordered them from Chrysler and I had them within a week so I'm sure you can get them from Chrysler. Don't know the cost though. Have the car nearly four months have not tried the nav system yet but at least I have the cds.
