Default Room for an amp?

Does anyone know how much room is available under the seats if any? I have 2 amps I just ordered and trying to preplan the placement... The amps are the Alpine PDX series... They are small, approximately 10-1/8'' x 7-9/16'' x 2-7/16''.

I don't have access to my car as it is in storage while I wait for my garage to be built, so any insight would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

There is room where the factory amplifier is located... quite a lot actually... pull up the passenger side floor mat and carpeting to see what I'm talking about.

Very, very little room under the seat. Be careful about behind the seat, The seats go back with a lot of force.

I have my amp mounted low on the wall behind the passengers seat and it is fine. This Phoenix Gold amp is much larger than those Alpines. You may be able to do both behind one seat. If not, just do one behind each seat.

Awesome info guys! And thanks for the pics BLKFIN much appreciated.

As for mounting in the stock location, I think I may want to be able to see the amps once in a while so behind the seat may very well be the ticket I was looking for!

I'll let you guys know how I make out once i'm finished...
