Pioneer Premier DEH-P590IB opinions/experiences
I'm looking to replace the stock head unit in my '04 Coupe primarily to get XM. As of now, I've landed on the Pioneer Premier DEH-P590IB unit. Does anyone have any experiences or opinions about this unit? If price was no object (ok, maybe a bit of an object), would you recommend this, or something else that's available today.
My first priority is sound quality and expandability, second priority being overall looks and styling. I would love for this, or any unit, to be a perfect match to the console, but current models by Pioneer, Alpine, Kenwood, et al, are coming up short.
Thanks in advance for your honest opinion!

i just put the Pioneer DEH-P4900iB in my Wrangler. looks like it's one model down from what you're looking at. sounds great, and the display is easy to see even in bright sunlight.
i held the faceplate up against the radio in the SRT and it's not quite the same silver, but close enough. i really want integrated Sirius so i'll probably get another 4900 for the SRT.
i don't need Bluetooth so the 5900 was overkill. other than that and the display it's pretty close feature-wise.

if you like that model, i suggest just moving up one more model and getting the 690 ub. i have it and use thumb drives to store/transfer my music. i don't think i'll ever go back to not having this option again. i can't see getting an ipod for someone like me since i listen to music only in the car or at home and the thumb drives are so much cheaper.
