Cd Stuck In Stereo

Default Cd Stuck In Stereo
Just went for a ride in my 05 with 3000 mi. and the CD stuck in the stereo. had to take the radio fuses 5 and 8 out to get it to work again. I remember seeing this prob. on this site a while back. Is this common ?

**** happened to my stock deck all the time, then would just sit there and make clicking noises.
