mp3 CD player opinions
mp3 CD player opinions
I'm not a sound guy so I am looking for some first hand opinions on an mp3 ready CD player that fits the Crossfires sound system.
I like the stock player minus some minor annoyances but I want direct mp3 play. I find the radio signal adaptors to have poor sound quality.
It needs to have these features / functions:
- mp3 accesable
- CD player
- AM/FM
- Compatability with the cars stock system (Ltd edition)
- Ease of function
- Fits the cars interior
All this preferrably under $150.
I would apprieciate any help you can give.
Thanks.

Re: mp3 CD player opinions
I chose the Panasonic CQ-C7413U since it had the silver accent on the face , plus you can make the display any color you wish . I made mine a snow white color to blend with the console better . I tried green like the instruments but didn't care for that . It's a bit more than $150 but it has a host of features and makes the factory system sound great if you use the built in crossover function . It cleans up the door speakers really well and adds quite a bit of volume . I have my MP3 IPod cable in the glove box and it also has AUX in jacks in the rear if you wish to run a universal headphone jack cable also .
