car stereo install (have no harness)

need to know what wires are for what ( have no wire harness (was took with old stereo)

Thank you ppro.... you made it very easy for me to install my new Sony GDX-GT63UIW.

Now, finally... I can control my I-pod from the head unit and don't have to worry about a great FM signal.
