Default need help, already searched

I recently installed a subwoofer and component speakers per another members instructions that i found. Shortly after i starting having a problem. The car will lock fine but the vehicle won't unlock if i press the unlock button on the remote. The turn signal lights show that it is registering the informaion but it won't unlock or turn the alarm off.

Need help, local car dealer is trying to screw me by saying he reset the system but only removed the horn and left the horn in the passenger seat.

Maybe you loosened a wire on the door solenoids?

Check for 12 VDC at the 4 or 5 wire connector behind the access plate above the 6" speakers. You might have to install a pigtail and close the doors to test.

If you understand what i JUST WROTE ok. iF YOU DON'T I CAN ELABORATE TOMORROW.

i'M FOR BED! lATER.

1. You may have broke, or disconnected an air line for door locks.
2. Check fuse number 9 in fuse block drivers side under hood

GD,

good catch. Pneumatics! What was I thinking. I was pretty tired...so tired in fact, that I hit the "Caps Lock" button and didn't go back to edit my post. For me, that's pretty tired!

that's the really weird thing though. If i use the key to open my door the passenger door still unlocks, so in my mentality that tells me the air line is good or does that operate differently?

Does the remote unlock anything?

Did you check the fuse?
