I have purchased and will be installing a pioneer Avic-N5, that has all the goodies,

DVD
IPod
Navigation
Etc.

I have also purchased Pioneer's Bluetooth box, which i guess locks into your phone everytime you get into the car.

has anyone played with this before, or has any tips on where to put the microphone for the bluetooth set, or knows the best place to place the box for the navigation.

My installer ran the Bluetooth mic up so that it is right next to the rear view mirror in that extra blackened space on the window so it is not terribly visible. It works nicely there as it is able to pick up from either the driver or passenger very well. I'm happy with that spot.

I am needing to place the gps box and the bluetooth box with this install and just need to know where there is going to be room to put this stuff.

DONE!!!!

By myself, with nothing but the HOW TO: on this site, and i started at 9:30 AM finished at 5:30 PM including tooling, and clean-up.

Tools: Wire Cutter/Strippers, Power Drill, Phillips Screwdriver, Electric Tape, Extremely Strong Velcro from Pep Boys.

So many wires everywhere i felt like a medic in the opening scene of saving private ryan. JUST TRYING TO PUT IT ALL BACK IN.

But wow, i have bluetooth, GPS/NAV, IPOD, DVD, everything. from my Pioneer Avic-N5, i just need to get back in there next week and bypass the parking brake sensor.
