The only real issue I have with the car is the vies out the rear when backing up. I looked at cameras and screens, but decided to just replace the head unit with a Clarion VRX75BT.
It is a 1 DIN pop up unit that comes with Blue Tooth standard (handles multiple devices - phone, headsets etc). Of course DVD and audio CD playback. It even plays DivX and WMV files. In audio mode it can play MP3, WMA and most formats) I opted for a rear camera with night vision capability (It is awesome even in low light).

very good! 200 watts (4x50). Lots of audio options. my favorite feature is the backup camera.
