Replace Speaker Grille
I need to replace a broken driver's side speaker grille. Not the ring, just the grille.
Does the grille pop out separately, or do you have to remove the entire door panel?

No need to remove the whole door panel if you just need to swap out the speaker grill. Take a credit card, slide it between the silver ring and the door and keeping it curved so it doesn't dig into the door, slowly pry it out from the front of the door closest to the hinge and work your way back. After you get that out, the speaker grill will pretty much pop right out by sliding the credit card under the grill and giving it a slight twist.
Outstanding info guys!
When you use the "full door panel removal method", do you still remove the silver ring and then the grille from the "front" side? It sounds like the silver speaker ring is held in place by tension. That being the case does the "shortcut" method tend to loosen the fitment more than alternative method - or is it 6 of one, half dozen of the other?
