starting to question...

Default starting to question...

my experience as a new owner is not very pleasing, i cant seem to have anything go right with this car....my new problem is that my panic lights wont stop going off, any ideas? thank god the horn doesnt go off when they do. so far all ive done is disconnect the battery and garaged it to keep em from constantly going

its a coupe, i would say rarely driven, 04 with 30 k

hmmm... if you'd said roadster, I might have some thoughts about moisture. Never mind.

However, we've all heard horror stories about the haunted ground bus that creates all sorts of hard-to-diagnose problems, but I'm not smart enough to help.

Anybody else?

It could be the battery if it's going bad or a loose connection. Is it the original battery?

haha, nothing better than a haunted sports car...now im not sure, the battery is connected again, but i work and it sits in the garage, id rather not take a sick day to stare at my car and wait to see if they go off, but i dont think they have.

Sorry, I thought you meant the dash lights when you said the panic lights. If it's the security system it could be a number of things causing it. You should have it checked by the dealer or someone who knows the alarm systems in our cars.
