not the stock HU, but it works great with Iphone

 

What model # is that HU? I'm trying to find one to work with my iPhone. I would prefer a touch screen, but at this point I'm getting a bit frustrated and just want one that works. Haha, is that too much to ask?

 

Wendyjo, I've actually come up with a solution to this. It's the iControl iPod adapter and more information can be found HERE. That's so nice of you RC, but from what I have read, this only works on Factory Navs. Is that correct?

I somehow managed to buy a Crossfire w/o Nav, otherwise, I would jump all over that iControl! I tried the FM transmitter and cannot live with that pain in the @ss... so I've been sportin' around jammin' out to NPR (and Lord knows I refuse to use CDs.) It's getting old though and summer is almost here.

The only other solution I can find is to upgrade the HU.

BTW RC, kudos on coming up with something so useful!
