HU wire problems

Default HU wire problems
I started to put in my head unit yesterday and it seemed that none of the wires in the car were in the right place. I have been using this diagram to try to get it put in. I noticed on the plug in my car that I do not have pins A 1,2,7,8 and B 4. Now am I just a idot and over looking something or are my pins in the wrong spots?

You have them up side down. You don't have A3,B1,B2,B7,B8.
