Default New Crossfire Owner

Hello Gang,

We recently purchased a wonderful 2006 Crossfire <http://gallery.me.com/james.diefenderfer#100255> and it would appear that we have a different stereo (attached photo) than the one described in the manual.

Can someone tell me which stereo this and where I might find an operators manual?

Thank you very much,
James

Welcome JnC to the forum!. You have the navigation version of the radio. Check out this link for docs:

https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...ollection.html

Also, don't afraid to use the search function on the forum as well. There is a lot of great information to be found here for your Crossfire.

Welcome! As Itsky pointed out you can download the NAV manual and disks if you don't have them from the link he provided. If you prefer you can usually get disks and manuals in E-bay.

James,
Welcome to the forum !!
I'm sure you will find answers to nearly anything you could ever want to know about your new Crossfire.
It's a wonderful car and I'm sure you will love it.
As the others here said the "Search" feature here is a good way to find out about things that have already been discussed but feel free to ask any questions you may have if you can't find the info you are looking for.

Again Welcome

Gary

Thank you very much everyone. The link to the online manuals helps a great deal. I tried a search before I posted but did not find this link.

We are enjoying our Crossfire when the the roads are dry.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the purchase of your new Crossfire. If you use an Ipod for your music, since you have the nav radio, you can get an interface that will let you use it with you car radio.A fellow member rcompart ( Rudy) developed and is selling this item. Enjoy your Crossfire!

First of all, congratulations on your purchase of a XFire. These are truly exceptional cars and real sleepers in today's used car performance market.

Second, you will never regret joining this Forum! Great group of folks that all have the same passion as you're about to develop when it comes to our XFires. And everyone is willing to offer up advice and knowledge that we've gained from our ownership and 'spirited' driving behavior!!!!!

Stay in touch and look for GTG's (Get Togethers) in your area/region.

Great looking picture of the MRS & XFire in the driveway. Car looks to be Machine Gray. Thought I saw a 'bluish tint' in your posted pictures. If so, then you have an example of the best looking color the XFire came in (unbiased opinion)! What's that 'white stuff' scatterred everywhere?

Later,
