New to crossfires

I am trying to find the ECU on my 2004 Crossfire. I was told it was on the kick board of the passenger side. I looked on the web but could not find where this thing is located.

Also, does anyone know where i can find a replacement/rebuild of the ECU? The dealer wanted $2000+ So screw that.

Okay, SO the Dealer agreed to pay for the replacement of the ECU. thanks to this information. You have save about $3000 out of our pockets. Thank you soo EFFING MUCH!!!!!
