Default Wire Routing/Access Question

Can anyone tell me how to route wire from the radio to the stock amp. I've got the amp out, have removed the radio and the panel under the passenger side dash but still can't find a clear path into the back of the console to the radio.

What added panels do I need to remove to snake a wire to the radio?

I added a CD unit in the trunk and access was easy for the wire running from the radio to the trunk. This photo shows a panel removed and the thicker wire on the left comes from the radio and it then passes over the amp unit.

Here's the panel and as you say later on below it is just clipped in and held with one screw.

Thanks 180. That's what I'm looking for. How did you remove the slate colored panel that would normally have been in that picture? I removed the vent grill and found one screw underneath it but something else seems to be holding that panel in place.

I figured out how to get that panel out. There are a couple of tabs that were snagged on the top of the vent outlet. Clear sailing now. Thanks 180 for your help.

Wow - what a difference. On Saturday I had a new Kenwood HU installed and while it sounded better than the OEM unit it wasn't that much better. Today I ran new wires for all 4 channels from the HU to the amp (clipping where the factory spliced the channels together) and can't believe the difference. Played with the crossover settings somewhat and really like what I'm hearing.
