Tan wire with green band
I am trying to get a new radio in, but I'm having trouble identifying one particular wire.
It's tan with a green band.
I've been able to trace it back as far as connector C 219 - at least I think it's C219.
I have been all over the electrical diagrams in the workshop manual and I've tried several variations of "Tan wire" on the search engine to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check and see what pin position it is and compare to the connector on page 8w-80-55. If it is not showing anything, it may be a spare for something they decided not to use.

Thank you for your reply RL60737 and TWO CTER. Yes, I will be using the adapter harness, but I'm just curious about what the wire does or was supposed to do.
I had not thought about looking for any nav. wires. I will look into that tomorrow when my "old man" back recovers. Thanks for the hint, 180.
And thank you MMZ_TimeLord for hosting these pdf's that are so vital to me.
