2006 roadster. Disconnected battery to charge after 1 mo. Storage and after re-connect radio will not power up. Fuses@ 8 and 30 are good but, no voltage @ 8 in the box. Not an import model. Will someone offer a clue?

I am not to sure about which but one of the fuses will not be live until the ignition is turned on. The radio can be operated with the ignition 'OFF' hence the other always live fuse.
Also some radios have their own fuse(s) on the back of the radio, the OEM radio does have one.
