I'm guessing the place to start with this might be what components are you trying to use (model specific). My aftermarket stereo had two channel sub out.. and the amplified bass cannon in back of my car works fine - speaker lead output to stock amp and RCA to cannon.

ok its 2 channel from china pumpkin is the name lol no issue with stereo love it like i said amp works can hear a bit of bass but makes no different when i turn up volume amp has its own volume control, stereo has tons of rca cables coming out of it for front speaker rear speakers all red and white and one that says woofer out so are you saying that i put one of the rca cables in the woofer out and the other one to the factory amp, factory amp has no rca outputs thats what i need to know can i run the all in one seperate from the factory amp or do i have to bridge it and if i do how do i do that lol just want some bass in the back the factory woofers really suck

Run it separate from the factory amp.. as I had noted I'm RCA out from my HU to the amplified bass cannon.
