Loud systems in residential areas
Then only consolation is that they will slowly lose a lot of their hearing.
GG's "BOOM BOOM DEATH RAY" machine......
I have been out of Atlanta now for close to 10 years.
We do not have a boom boom problem here at all, and I can't say I miss it.
My 20 year sentence in Stone Mountain, GA was pure misery.

Don't think they would continue driving around blind, do you ?
O, wait, they'd just get someone else to drive, then you could zap them too.
As a car audio enthusiast I do my best to keep courtesy a top priority. In residential areas I keep it turned down or have it turned off entirely. For car shows and other events it's at 100%. If I was near you on a highway I apologize.
But don't worry most inconsiderate owners of car audio usually don't know how to dial in their equipment properly so they will fry their stuff themselves.

I only seen this thread now...
This morning I started to make a spot for a set of Clarion SRQ1623S speakers to be mounted in the trunk. Because every car should have a set of speakers in the trunk!
Good thing I am old enough to know better when in residential areas to turn it down, but on the highway it is fair game to make it louder than my exhaust.
Main reasons are when on the beach, at a car show, somewhere parked and need some music with a little better setup than a group huddled around a galaxy s5.
Current setup has 14 speakers and 3 amps. Another 4 speakers will mostly add looks and not overall loudness

I have a pretty banging system but I don't try to quake my way through neighborhoods. I'm not saying you have, but all of us can not be grouped together as neglectful turds. We are usually pretty courteous with our boom boom, with the exception of a few Jack wagons.
