Has anybody tried a Kenwood KMM-BT515HD yet? Thats what I'm looking at currently.

I don't see why the install wouldn't be very similar to the D562BT. I'll be adding the SiriusXM tuner also.

"Dubious to the advice I also ordered a Scosche VW01B harness...I decided to start with the direct wire method using the VW01B to speaker outputs....Short answer is: direct wire works perfectly."

I think he never read to much farther, his loss.
You did a good job and you should get a bonus from Kenwood for the boost in sales you gave them.

The 562 is no Bang & Olufsen, but it is a great value and an easy install, I'm still very happy with it.
