Sometimes when you switch the stereo on the Chrysler logo comes up as normal, but remains, thus no use of stereo or CD, even after switching off and back on. The only cure is to switch the engine off and back on.
Been to main dealer, who say can't find fault?

Can anyone help?

 

doesn't matter you have warranty. demand he replace it, if they give you trouble make a scene in front of shoppers. check cd skip thread....

 

Exercise your warranty, the radio should be replaced.
