I installed a wired kit from Amazon The mirror is a little wide and interferes slightly with one of my sun visors when they are lowered not a problem for me. The kit comes with the correct adapter for the CrossFire mirror mount. I also had to mount it to the bottom of the License plate, no problem the camera can be mounted below but you have to rotate the camera in the mount to avoid an inverted image but it's easy to do.

@hnikesch is it possible to have a picture of what yours look like? Is the cable that comes out of the mirror a bit tacky?

Thanks for the reply Hnikesch, you answered my main concern, does it mount on the existing mirror mount, which it does, now were did you pick up the power supply, I was thinking it could be done at the courtesy light without much of a problem. What do you think.

Yes, you can get 12v from the courtesy light.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Whistler-WB...frcectupt=true - I used this setup, with a solar-powered license camera (which you have to turn upside down, but the monitor, which comes with it will rotate the picture) if you order one make sure it has an activation code unless used or it won't pair with the monitor Ok monitor if you don't want to fiddle with wiring, not so great at night.

The camera is totally solar powered / plate must be mounted upside down and the screen will need to be rotated in the monitors' setup menu.

You don't need to pick up power for the mirror see below

The mirror picks up power from the backup light, that power runs in the cable with the video feed from the camera
