Looking good, when will you assemble it together.

Where does the passenger air bag light go? There is room for it opposite the cigarette lighter.
It would be an easy addition.

I made two variations of the Double Din and probably each cost about the same as the group buy.
The OEM bezels are not cheap on eBay so you have to be picky with price you pay for each. You also have to be handy with tools.

This certainly looks the way to go if they are not too delicate to install and use.
What material are they made from do you know?

Ill probably get everything assembled with the new HU when I get back in town. I have a Sony right now but I’m looking at a couple others that are tablets that have the floating effect to them. As far as the materials I’d have to ask Ali. I’ll shoot him a message.

Looks great from the photo. If not an inconvenience (or too late), can you show their back sides? I'm curious how the final structural ribs ended up looking. And like onehundred80, I'm really curious about the material. Thanks

mine arrived as well. I’m impressed with the quality so far. Will update here once I installed them and let you know if everything fits.

yes, installed, everything is beautiful now, I love it. My only gripe is that I had installed a dash trim kit and now I have 4 console panels that are silver again. I guess you can't have everything. The kit is amazing.

Great to hear, what carries the weight of the head unit?
Have you any photos of the setup?

I think it is recommended to glue the double din metal cage to the original frame structure or mount via screws.
will take pictures when installing it on the weekend.

Now installed it. Couldn’t be happier. Can fully recommend the kit.
