Wierd radio problem
When I'm listening to my AM radio, the minute the spoiler goes up the reception gets really terrible... anybody ever have a problem like that?
Now it's even stranger... I turned on the radio yesterday and the "Chrysler" logo started up, like normal, but then nothing else happened. After turning the radio on and off several times and letting it sit for a while, it started normally again. I'll be calling the dealer on Monday to schedule a replacement - I need to get the fogging headlight deal fixed at the same time.
I had a very similar problem twice in the first two weeks of owning my Crossfire (April/May '05). Advised dealer and techs could not duplicate it, so they would not do anything. No issues all summer myself. My husband mentioned that it did it to him in the last month.
I will be very interested to hear how your dealer handles it.
It's crazy because, it works fine 99.9% of the time, then these odd incidents. My big fear is that it will quit the day after is no longer under warranty.
