125$ shipped within the United States 3D printed these will be sliver but not OEM sliver you will have to paint them yourself.
hopefully this helps someone who has been looking for one.

 

Where did you get make this file? I know someone was making them on Facebook that took a lot of time with 3D scanners and such.

I took mine apart and my buddy scanned them and made the adjustments
I have 3 different versions
one version moves the heater controls down next to the buttons and the last one removes the center vents
