i loved this damn car so much. i never even managed to get it to the auto shows. kinda disappointing but ever since i got my crossfire i driven just to charge the battery. i don't know if i should just sell it or try to compete.

Its a Nissan Sentra SE-R, I had done some engine work but almost all was done by a friend. He spent a lot of time on it and i wanted it when i got to iraq. So i saved all my money to buy it... but having the xfire feels sooo much better and OMG if i can put the performance of the se-r on the xfire man i would not ever look back... problem that i'm having is... that in order for me to break almost even i have to sell it for 15k. I can't find someone that loves it as much as i do. Having this car thought me a lot about having a extra nice car but i'm ready to move on.

 

My boss is having the same problem with his vette, to break close to even,, he would have to sell it for 80k, and no one will pay that much for a C5, regardless of the supercharger, drop, rims, system, nav... everything!

Lesson to be learned is... don't heavily modify a car that isn't exotic/ won't hold value, such as a corvette or sentra. My boss now decided he won't pour tons of money into his H2 by adding supercharger and all that stuff, rather he will modify his Viper and soon new addition, Gallardo.

Not to be mean, but what where you thinking when you did that to a sentra? They cost like 9k brand new?! Haha. You probably couldn't get more that 5k for it. Good thing you got the xfire...

 

i wanted to do auto show stuff but after going to like 10 i realized that it sucks kiss a lot of butt and just sit there. it is boring imo. i can still keep the ser and race some ricers for fun but i rather not cuz they can't drive.

 

Don't know what shows you have gone to but I've been showing my toys for a little over 4 years and love it. By the way the nissan looks nice good work!
