I don't think there will be a problem, I'll send an e-mail to Mark who runs the show, As far as hotel, the host hotel and the hotel that we are staying at are booked but there are plenty of hotels in the area, I'm sure you will find rooms. If you are coming and want to join our little caravan let me know, we are leaving Friday around 11:00am.
