i was working on my rear Suspension today and broke a mounting bolt and flange.. , i was doing a test burn out and something went wrong, it broke,, and we were going to install the coil overs tomorrow.. if i get it fixed and tested before Sat i will be there ,,,,BUT if it is not fixed then I will have to skip this GTG, sorry,,,,, i was looking forward to meeting everyone. jim
I am Supposedly getting it fixed in the morning, Friday morning that is. If everything goes well and does get fixed the way I want it, I will be there,, so see you at the place next door to the place where they have cheese, the reason I don't eat cheese. I know they serve other things other than cheese, but just the name of the place turns me off to food,, wow what a diet, go to a place that you don't like the food, look at the weight you lose, that sounds good I'll be there jim

It is VERY impressive!
Can you say "shoe horn"!! That bad boy is JAMMED in there. But it will move.
I am leaving Ft. Lauderdale at 9 am tomorrow ( Saturday ) should be in Winter park by 10 am Sunday, my GPS says it is 266 miles from my house. see you there. jim
Ps..
Ps..
It's going to take you 25 hrs to make it up here?!?!? I must have missed something, or you're traveling by covered wagon. lol
WOW!!!! What a fantastic turnout we had today in Winter Park, Florida....15 XF's!!! I think it was 6 roadster convertibles and 9 coupes. I have never before seen so many XF's together in one place. It was so nice meeting all of you and my wife, Karen and look forward to the next GTG. Is everyone going to the Daytona Dream Cruise the end of October?

Never would I try that beast! Not even at the track!!! That's why I tried to set you up against that Procharged 300C SRT-8. I know you could have taken him, but OSW has some sorry @$$ track prep. I was setting up for those chicanes ahead, and besides, Kim's bumper was 8 ft in front of you. I have too much respect for you, and your powertrain. It was great seeing you again, and I hope you enjoyed the burger, NO CHEESE! Neal needs to let me know ahead of time when you plan on coming up or he heads down there. It would be so nice to get more than 3 runs in a night.
What a great time. I think next time however we should go somewhere that has larger portions..
Thanks Tim for organizing and Kim for the boat tour. I had a great day. And met some great and friendly folks.
I still would like to know who had the Alabaster Roadster that blew my doors off on I-4 heading east...WOW!! I was doing 80.....
