The Crossfires are detailed, packed up and gassed up, ready to head out to the Chrysler Nationals in Carlisle PA. We were supposed to head out yesterday but was recouping from partying with Uncle Sam..
I'll miss the people but not that heat.
I have my sights on a cool pool this weekend.
Looking forward to seeing what I'm missing through the photos.
I'm sure some cold beverages will be enjoyed by all of you.

One word about today's heat at Carlisle, BRUTAL! I arrived at 7:30 AM, stayed until 1:30 PM, it was between 99 and 101 degrees on the showfield. There were two dozen Crossfires, and I'm sure numerous photos will be posted.

Thanks for the update !!!
Thanks to everyone who braved the heat to attend! It was fantastic to see old familiar faces again and meet new ones. Sorry for skipping dinner but I was beat!
