We have a new host hotel!!!

We used to stay at this hotel when we started attending Carlisle. They were the only hotel in the area that was able to block rooms for us. We have 10 rooms for Thursday and 15 rooms for Friday and Saturday night blocked. Club price will be $119.00. Rooms must be booked by 6/10/14 the get the club price.. Do not book online, you need to call them direct and mention your a club member to get the club price.

Next to me is either Mike or Andrew. They were the only 2 white Crossfires there that year. It was my first Carlisle.

Just made my reservations for the hotel. Planning on staying Friday and Saturday nights. I booked online (don't freak) because I get a special rate given my status with the government. I can / will make sure they know I'm with the club to get the club the necessary credit if needed. Otherwise, I'll just hold off so we can keep those rooms blocked for the club open just in case we need the rooms.

I'll register with Carlilse soon as well and add my registration number to the list when I receive it.

and it is called the Capital City Comfort Inn, at least that is what the guy told me when I called and registered.

The address I got I think was of their web site, I just checked the contract and it is 1012 but the name they go by on the contract is Comfort Inn West.

 

Like Dave said " srt6-xfire" said but when you do, make sure to indicate your with the Crossfire Internationals Car Club Inc. even if your not a member. I'll add you to the list.
