I was wondering if anyone is planning to attend this show, it's getting close.

 

If it was not 4th of July weekend, I would consider coming down, but I will be enjoying the lake and the boat while the car sits in the garage covered...

 

I may be up for this, but their registration forms has a 2013 date on it. I guess I can call the number given and see what it takes to register. It's 12 bucks a car.... It looks like you would need to register in the next few days to get in...

Not as though there is anything wrong with that of course.

 

It cost a little more but, you can register the day of the show. I have never pre-registered for a show in over 30 years, you never know if work , weather or something unforeseen happens at the last minute.

As of today I have two local owners in addition to myself interested in attending, anyone from the forum interested? I am thinking that we could meetup outside the show area and drive in and park together.

 

We are about a week away from this show and I thought I would update everyone on what I know for sure. As of today it looks like I have gotten 4 maybe 5 Crossfire owners from this area who are planning to attend. A friend of mine knows a fifth person with a 9000 mile original car that may attend if there is no chance of rain. If any forum members are planning to attend I am thinking that we could meet outside the show area and drive in as a group. Not sure where that will be just yet so check back here in the next few days for more details.

 

I believe you would have register in advance. Have you checked on registration? I am still interested.

 

I did check doc, you can register the day of the show until 12:00 noon. Pre-registration for $12.00 ended June 21st, Registration on the day of the show is $20.00. I am going to scout out a place outside the show area Monday to meet so that we can enter and park together. I will PM you the details when they are final, hope to see you there.

 

Well I got the weekend off, but now I have to go to TN to help a friend, how long is totally up in the air at the moment.

 

Helping a friend always takes president over something like a car show. If you get back in time your more than welcome to join us.
