We have the Chrysler National Meet at Carlisle scheduled for July 13-15, 2018. There are a few questions concerning the recent developments related to CICCI.

1.) Since this was a previously sponsored event by CICCI, I have to assume that all attendees are own their own, related to any hotel and related arrangements in attending the event? At the 2017 event, Tony had announced that he was stepping down as the coordinator of the event and encouraged new leadership for the event in 2018. Did anyone step forward to "manage" the associated duties for that weekend?

2.) When registering at the Carlisle site, do we avoid using the CICCI club designation in 2018?

3.) Will a tent/canopy be available this year for those attending the event, since over 25 cars attended last year? Is the tent/canopy strictly based upon the count at the registration count at Carlisle Events?

There are a few Crossfire owners that have attended numerous Carlisle events that will need clarification, since the registration is open now for the July 2018 event.

The hotel rooms are blocked,just tell them your with CICCI. We are getting a tent. As far as choosing CICCI as club affiliate, no need. As far as get together, food and drinks at hotel, Saturday nights dinner, without CICCI we're on our own. And no club awards of course.

Also, WRT the tent, I'm assuming the map will still show the locations for "Crossfires", even though CICCI isn't the "sponsor". Can you confirm that?
