lmao Apkano. That was always my problem, just didn't have the luck finding enough morons when I really needed them! Always plenty to go around when you don't though. Seem to come out of the woodwork in droves then.
I was just curious if there were people willing to pay 160% of Clean Black Book .... I guess not!

Come on, come on gents and lady you all have got to get more specific about my problems in trying to sell my SRT roadsters whether I need aliens, or morons is immaterial since "apkano" in his wit was half right in that no one called to rush and buy them (some then might call him a "half-wit" but I will give him the benefit of the doubt) but the other half was my wife reversed my earlier endeavors, long before "Kimpossible" made her inquiry.
I don't have to sale you on the Crossfires, as there were tens of thousands made and all of you have had one or more, and just as it its normal those who have had the Basic model would like to move up to the Limited and in turn those with Limiteds would like to move up to one of the several thousand SRTs and a goodly number of those would like to own one of the 928 SRT roadsters ever made. Human nature you want what you can't have and what is a variable rocket to drive.
Well I have 2 of the 928 in showroom condition with very, very low milage sitting under their custom covers inside a controlled atmosphere building with their trickle chargers humming.
Now you can go out and purchase some the other 926 with their high milage, ultra modded track usage (which is fine with me, you bought it, you do what you please with it) drove hard and put up wet scenario, or the unfortuneate guy who has lost his job and must sell quick the $12 to $15 to $18K they are out there but "let the buyer beware" (there is a Latin term for this but I don't remember it)
Anyway appreciated your comments but I'm in no hurry I have the time and can afford for them to stay where they are and if nothing else my wife has two spare Crossfires for the forseeable future
Keep the faith

This is going to be painful for some to read. I used Clean Black Book for the Southeast dated 3/15/10. Some of you know that I work in the car business & have monitored the free fall of our car values.
I booked them all as a 2005 model with 3,000 miles on it. I figured that would be a great base line considering how this thread started.
2005 SRT-6 Roadster $15,475
2005 SRT-6 Coupe $13,375
2005 N/A Roadster Auto $12,925
2005 N/A Roadster 6sp $12,375
2005 N/A Coupe Auto $10825
2005 N/A Coupe 6sp $10275
All cars were booked with 3k on the clock. Of course this does not mean that you could buy any of our vehicles for that price, but it is how the banks determine loans on the vehicle. With excellent credit you might be able to get a bank to finance 135-140% LTV (loan to value) - $21665 to finance on the SRT-6 roadster. Ouch!!!
